                Smart-cap automatic liner applicator(Product specialty)

This Smart-cap automatic applicator is designed for applying liner into the 3 5 gallon water bottle smart-cap. Liner of the cap is applied into the smart-cap automatically. Hence, with our machine, the smart-cap shall improve the hygiene level and increase product consistence in cap sealing performance

Product specialty

Caps are in feed by fully automatic cap sorter. In synchronizing the air and belt conveying system, liner is feeding into the machine by chain with separator. This shall provide smooth sorting and accurate positioning for assembly which can also reduce the scrap rate of the cap tremendously.

With high accuracy air and electric control robot, the picking, delivering and applying function shall be conducted. So high accuracy picking, improving hygienes level and reducing energy consumption are provided.

With using storage bins for liners, stacks of liners can just be loaded into machine by operator. By using air conveying design for delivering the liners, the smooth and even in feeding force can be provided.

With high precision design, user friendly control and fully automatic operating, the labor cost can highly be reduced.

All parts which contact with liner is made by stainless steel which up to the food processing standard requirement.

This machine can also synchronized with smart-cap injection system, assembly machine, top film applying machine and also with associated conveying system to form a complete automatic smart-cap production line.
